We are thrilled to launch our new initiative dedicated to forming the future of bilingual care. Academia Esperanza is a professional training academy for aspiring teachers, assistants, nannies, and caregivers who want to excel in Spanish immersion and early childhood development. Our curriculum is uniquely designed to provide the practical skills and deep knowledge needed to create exceptional, language-rich learning environments.
We Believe in Empowering with Knowledge & Passion
Our academy isn't just about theory; it's about real-world application. We combine flexible online modules with immersive, hands-on workshops held at our model schools. Guided by our expert directors and inspired by the constructivist and STEAM-focused approach, our trainees learn to observe, document, and facilitate child-led learning. Graduates will leave not only with a certificate but with the confidence and skills to become highly sought-after professionals in the early childhood field.

Lead Spanish Immersion Teacher
- Develop and implement an emergent, play-based curriculum.

Assistant Teacher
- Support the Lead Teacher in all classroom activities.
- Engage with children in Spanish to encourage language use.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
School Administrator
- Act as the welcoming face of our school for families.
- Manage enrollment, tours, and parent communication.
- Support the school director and teaching team.
Substitute Teacher
- Provide high-quality care and instruction in the absence of a teacher.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and flexible.

Front Desk Administrator
- Greet parents and handle inquiries.
- Manage enrollment and scheduling.
- Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks.
After-School Coordinator
- Organize and lead after-school activities.
- Assist with homework help and creative projects.
